Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: A wet crawl space in Lachine, Qc
This client who lives in Lachine had an unprotected crawl space and it was wet. Also, there were problems with the crawl space supports, which is why you will see our SmartJacks in this photo album.
Crawl space before the work had started
Here is the state of the crawl space before carrying out the work.
Drain cavity
Here we have dug a hole to accommodate the Smartdrain.
Installation of the drainage membrane
On top of the earth we add a membrane which will redirect the water towards the drain.

Our SmartJacks were added in this project because the lady had a structural problem.
Final result of the work
In this photo, the CleanSpace vapor barrier membrane has been installed over the entire crawl space floor and the SmartDrain as well.
