The solution- New SmartSump sump pump system- EZ Flow drainage system- CleanSpace crawlspace membrane To solve Ms. Pépin's problem, our system design specialist Jorge Zatarain recommended installing a new SmartSump sump pump system featuring a ⅓ HP Zoeller cast iron main pump capable of pumping 9,465 liters of water per hour to a height of 5 feet. He also recommended installing an EZ flow drain along the internal perimeter of her foundation. This drain would help capture any water incapable of flowing by itself into the drain, and directing it to the sump pump. To cut off the humidity, Jorge also recommended the installation of a CleanSpace crawlspace membrane. This special membrane insulates the house from the earth and blocks out humidity. It also gives a clear and clean appearance to the crawl space. After our installation team headed by our foreman Martin installed this complete solution in just 3 days , Ms. Pépin was able to enjoy a dry crawl space and put up her house for sale!
