Our client had a humidity problem in his crawl space. The house's joists were beginning to weaken due to the high humidity in its crawl space. In order to solve these problems, our client contacted us. To reduce the humidity, we covered his crawl space with a CleanSpace membrane. The objective is to cover the ground that constantly gives off moisture, especially in periods of thaw and rain. Below the CleanSpace, a Drainage Matting allows vapor to be evacuated since it can accumulate under the insulating membranes. The membrane channels the water to a sump pump specially designed for crawl spaces in order to be evacuated outside. Thanks to these solutions, our client enjoys a house protected against humidity.
