Problem
Mrs. Trottier had moisture problems in her crawl space. A rate of 82% was detected during the free inspection due to problems with water infiltration and iron ochre.
Solution
Encapsulate the crawl space with our CleanSpace drainage membrane and liner. And then, install a sump pump system that is efficient, reliable and will work even in case of a power outage.
Overview of the crawl space before work
A crawl space with a dirt floor is very humid. A humidity level of 82% was detected during the free inspection. Other than humidity, there was also water seepage.

We laid the drainage membrane on the dirt floor to drain the water to the TripleSafe sump pump.
CleanSpace Liner and SmartJack Abutments
We laid the CleanSpace liner over the 20mm membrane.It blocks moisture from the earthen floor. SmartJack pillars will reinforce the structure of the house. They are adjustable to allow the floor to straighten over time.
Preview after the work is done
We added a TripleSafe sump pump system with a dehumidifier. Together, the humidity level will be reduced and controlled and the house will be more comfortable.
