The owner of this house in Montreal contacted us to find solution for water infiltration problems in his basement.
Our team started by installing our waterproofing system above the footing, under the concrete. It thus captures all the water that rises from the ground before it reaches the surface and directs it to the water pump that we have installed at the lowest point. In order to prevent moisture from escaping into the house, Finally we have also installed a vapor barrier membrane on the walls.

We normally dig a trench around the perimeter of the foundation and then install the WaterGuard inside on a bed of gravel.

After installing the WaterGuard, we close the trench with concrete to make the floor as before.
