Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: Stabilizing and waterproofing a crawlspace in Montreal, QC
Our customer, living in Montreal, contacted us after detecting a sagging floor in his house. This failure was the result of excess moisture in the crawl space. In addition, there was water infiltration, as well as mold.
We began by installing our galvanized steel SmartJack supports to stabilize and lift the floor. Next, we encapsulated the crawl space to eliminate moisture and water infiltration. This is done by installing drainage mattings, CleanSpace barriers, and SmartDrain bucket which will identify potential plumbing leaks.
