Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: Full insulation and encapsulation of a crawl space in Saint-Colomban

Our client in Saint-Colomban noticed signs of serious humidity problems in his crawl space. During our free inspection, our specialist Alexandrine observed many humidity problems, such as rusted pipes, rotted wood pillars, and degraded foam insulation. She measured the relative humidity to be very high, over 80%. It was then decided the best course of action would be to fully insulate and encapsulate the client's crawl space. To do this, we first removed the existing insulation and installed fresh new SilverGlo™ insulation. We then installed the CleanSpace® drainage matting system and vapor barrier. To finish things off, our experts installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. Mr. Craig no longer has to worry about the consequences that come from a humid crawl space.
