We have received the following request from a Vimont customer: "Hello, I have a crack to repair, but also I would like you to see the entire foundation, I have the impression that the house has been moved forward, and I am sure you understand that I am worried. Please contact me to arrange an appointment. "

We have therefore contacted the client to send one of our experts to perform an inspection of the foundation and recommend the best solution that will stabilize the foundation permanently. We are always aware that a foundation problem is an issue that weighs heavily on the shoulders of a family that owns a home, so we make sure to offer a solution that will restore the value of the home and the peace of mind of spirit of the people who live there.

Solution

So one of our specialists did a thorough inspection to understand what were the surrounding factors that were affecting the foundation and then explained everything to the client.

In order to stabilize the house, he recommended a piling solution; therefore the installation of 6 support piles that stabilize the foundation in a stable and unaffected layer of earth such as bedrock for example. PushPiers driven piles are made of galvanized steel that will not rust. This system achieves greater depth than other options and does not require heavy equipment to be installed thanks to its patented technology. Our production team set this up in 3 days, and started first by digging the earth to expose the foundation, then attaching the supports to the footing and driving the piles into the ground. Once this was done, the weight of the house was transferred to the competent layer through the stakes. The house is therefore permanently raised and stabilized.
