Wall foundation problems in La Conception

Challenge

Mr. Lincourt found a house in La conception, and really liked it, but after checking it he realized that its foundation walls were tilting inwards and got hesitated about buying it.

Some old client of us that he knew, suggested him to check our website and contact us for a free inspection.

Following his friend's advice, Mr. Lincourt called us very quickly and asked for some of our specialist to come and check this house.

Once our foreman came around, he informed him that this house's problem can be solved very easily thanks to our expertise and products!

Solution

To stabilize and reinforce these problematic walls, our team of experts installed our galvanized steel PowerBrace beams on the foundation walls. Attached to the floor and joists, the walls got stabilized. There is a clamping device on the PowerBraces to tighten them and slightly straighten the walls over time to return them to their original position.

After the installation, our client's house foundation was perfect and he was completely relaxed knowing that nothing bad will occur to his new place!

Several blocks from the foundation walls were pushed into the basement. External ground pressure was the cause.

Several cracks in the shape of stair steps were on the walls. You could measure some blocks that came off 1" from the walls.

We installed several Powerbrace beams to stabilize the block foundation walls and straighten them over time.

The PowerBraces are made of galvanized steel so they won't rust and are fixed to the floor and joists, there's no chance of your walls tilting any further.
