The soil below the foundation compress under the weight of the house Dry conditions cause the soil to shrink, while too much rain causes it to soften or wash out completely. This movement of soil results in cracked walls, uneven floors and settling home.

Installing a push pier involves exposing the footing and preparing for bracket. Next, brackets are secured to the footing and driven piers into the soil. The weight of the home is transferred through piers to the bedrock.
