You know there is a problem in your crawl space when the floors of your home remain very cold even with the existing heating system; bills are going high and unpleasant odors are coming from the crawl space.
So when the crawl space is not encapsulated, the cold, moist air from the floor spreads around the house, transferring all the bad odors through the entire place.

To complete this system, since we live in Quebec, IceGuard accessories and LawnScape have been added to the discharge pipe. The first allows the water to drain even if the pipe freezes in winter and the second lets the water out of the foundation by hiding itself in the grass.
