His family suffered from every heavy rain from this water that seeped into their condo, causing water on the floor and mainly a lot of humidity.
Our basement waterproofing specialist assured us that the problem was caused not just by cracks in the basement wall, but also by hydrostatic pressure around the foundation, which gets high during periods of heavy rain.
