The problem: This Magog client's sump pump was old and was not suitable for her needs. When it needed to work, it was not sufficient and the water would rise a little in her basement. This bothered the client and that is why she decided to contact us, in order to receive a free estimate to assess her situation.
The Solution: When our Systems Design Specialist introduced himself, he provided the client with his assessment and suggested solutions. The one chosen for this project was the installation of a SuperSump. It was connected to a discharge line and on this line we added an Iceguard. This system is ideal, because the SuperSump has a very good capacity to evacuate water and by combining it with the Iceguard, the basement will not have a problem during the winter if the discharge line blocked because of ice.
