Our client had experienced several floods in the past due to his sump pump. The latest was caused by a power outage. His sump pump, which does not have a battery, stopped working during bad weather.

Solution

To ensure a full operation during extreme conditions, a TripleSafe pump system with an IceGuard evacuation system was a solution.

The TripleSafe is a system with three pumps. A primer that provides the usual operation of a sump pump system. A more powerful secondary system that takes over if the primary pump fails. It can also be triggered in parallel if the first pump fails to evacuate the water. And finally, a third pump that works with a battery that gets is triggered during power cuts.

To ensure water drainage even during the frost period. An IceGuard system is also installed. Its splits allow water to be evacuated even if frost forms at the outlet of the drainage channel. This ensures the operation of the new pump system even in winter.
