Challenge

Our client wanted to renovate his basement drainage system. His sump pump was getting old and he needed a new system.

After hearing our commercial on the radio, our client decided to inquire about the products of our company. He took the time to do his research and compare the different sump pump systems on the market and his choice fell on our product.

After setting an appointment, our specialist came to offer a suitable and sustainable solution to our client.

To replace the old sump pump, a TripleSafe pump system was offered to the customer.

Solution

It consists of three pumps that takes over if one of them fails. It is a primary pump which is assisted with a secondary pump. It activates to help the first pump during days of heavy rain or thaw. As well as a third pump powered by a battery so that the water is evacuated even during a power cut.

Our client can now enjoy a quality sump pump system.

Our client's sump was in a very bad state

For normal functioning, the TripleSafe has a powerful, cast-iron Zoeller ⅓ horsepower sump pump set at the lowest level. For heavy volumes of water or in case of primary pump failure, a second, more powerful Zoeller ½ hp pump set a bit higher in the liner will take over.

Here is our TripleSafe installed. No more water infiltration in this basement.
