Challenge

Guy suddenly saw water in his basement and contacted our company for a free inspection yet he was never worried because he had 2 sump pumps already installed in his basement.

Our specialist paid him a visit, explained to him that the pumps were old and defective and the pipe that brought the water out of the house got blocked over time, which had destroyed the pumps.

Solution

We had to change the pumps, the entire water pipe and protected the pipe with an IceGuard and a LawnScape Outlet as a guaranteed finish.

An Ultra-Sump battery-powered pumping system was installed with charger/controller box and alarm, and a sealed, maintenance-free 120AmpHr battery and new conduit were installed so that the water was discharged through an independent discharge line at the exterior of the house.

Guy now enjoys a dry and healthy basement!
