Water seepage in a basement in Brossard, Qc

Challenge

Mr. He who lives in Brossard had water seepage problems in his basement through small cracks in the foundation walls. Even with the urethane existing that insulated his basement walls, it has made his basement damp with water marks on the floor. He had also noticed that his sump pump was not working.

Solution

We covered the foundation walls that were urethane insulated with our CleanSpace vapor barrier. Then we replaced his faulty sump pump system with our TripleSafe system. It contains 3 pumps, one of which is battery-powered, and is our most efficient and reliable system.
