Sump Pump Installation Photo Album: A waterproofed and dehumidified basement in Sherbrooke, Quebec

This client wanted to fix her water infiltrations and mold problems. An engineer had recommended the installation of a french drain and waterproofing of her foundation walls.  We did exactly that and installed a full waterproofing system that solves all these problems while complying with the engineer's recommendations. So we installed 42 feet of WaterGuard with an inspection port and connected it to a SuperSump and UltraSump. We then covered the affected surface with our Cleanspace vapor-barrier that redirects water towards the drain and stop water vapor from condensation. Finally, to solve the humidity issue and to preserve the organic construction materials, we added a SaniDry dehumidifier and purifier system that drains out automatically and reduces to the risk of mold growth and the costs of heating and conditioning.
