Mrs. Helene had a problem with her old sump pump system. Actually when there was heavy rainfall, the original sump pump was not delivering enough. So there was water collecting in the basement slightly and creating lots of humidty.
After contacting us, we suggested the installation of a suitable pump for her needs. She opted for the TripleSafe sump pump. The TripleSafe is equipped with three levels of protection.
In addition, the pump system has been combined with our Iceguard. This product allows water to drain even if it is frozen in winter, because it is open at the beginning of the pipe. But when unclogged, it lets water flow through the pipe and follows the discharge line to the end.
Mrs. Helene can now have the peace of mind, enjoy a dry basement and benefit from a sump pump system that is adequate for her needs.

We have removed the old pump and are in the process of interchanging it with the TripleSafe.
Final Result
The concrete is poured, the TripleSafe pump is installed. In case there is ever an electrical failure, our system is equipped with a back-up battery which, in a single charge, can evacuate 43,350 liters of water.
IceGuard and discharge line installed
This discharge line is used to direct water away from your home. It is therefore underground, not visible. In this case, since the ground was frozen, we will return to the client in the spring to bury it in the ground.
