Our client Marie, a resident of L'Ile-Bizard, QC, contacted us due to complications within her basement. Indeed, the existing sump pump was not functioning properly, causing water leakage in the basement. The floor is beginning to rot. We suggested installing a new sump pump to prevent more severe damage, potentially affecting the house's foundation.

IceGuard System

A frozen discharge pipe will not allow water to pass through it. The water will back up and flood the basement. That's why our patented IceGuard system is designed to prevent discharge pipes from freezing, and thus letting the water flow at all times.

Installation of the TripleSafe

This system includes two performant Zoeller pumps, in addition to a third backup pump which will still work even if there was an electricity outage. Besides, this system contains an alarm which helps preventing disasters.

The status of the pump within our inspection

The existing pump was inadequate. As a result, water is infiltrating into the basement. In case we do not take action, further complications could occur, which could even damage the house's foundation

Discharge Pipe

This pipe will conduct the infiltrated water outside the basement, and far from the house. the lid at the end of the pipe is removable for easy cleaning.
