As the client's chalet is right by the river bank, the water table was really high and as such you can clearly see its level during the time we were installing the sump pump system. This didn't prevent us to do the work, and we installed our pumps in the sump pit right from the time we dug it in order to be able to work properly.

The best way to discharge a sump pump is not to be dependent on any system such as the municipality rain sewage system or the sanitary sewer system, since both could result in a sewer backup during heavy rains, and the latter is even illegal.
