Over 8 years ago, when Mr. Serge and his family moved to this house, the plan was to address the crawl space problem. For several reasons, Mr. Serge decided to postpone the work, telling himself that it was not a priority and that the problem would perhaps resolve itself.

8 years later, water infiltration was still present and a smell of humidity is now found on the floors. So it was time to fix the situation once and for all.

Our team went to do a complete appraisal of the property, lasting nearly 2 hours. It is essential for us to properly identify the needs of the situation and to address the concerns of the client. Once connected, these two products form a highly efficient drainage system that intercepts water from the floor of this basement at the foundation and redirects it away from the foundation of the house. SilverGlow insulation has been added to insulate this space. SilverGlo is an expanded polystyrene insulation infused with graphite. SOLUTION

The expert pump team went for a detailed assessment and explained that having a pump is not enough.
