Sealing the foundation crack in DDO

In order to seal that crack properly, we started by using a sealant, usually a polyurethane polymer or something similar. At the same time, since there was no internal perimeter drain in this house, we dug a small dry well about 5-10 gallons in size at the base of the crack to drain any remaining water that might trickle during rare situations.
