FlexiSpan to seal the foundation crack

This is the second phase of the work, where we install a second layer of drainage, a membrane called the FlexiSpan, for those rare cases when the polyurethane polymer will not do the work and the crack might still leak.

Cracks might actually get wider with weather cycles and movement of the foundation, which might lead to recracking of the epoxy or any polyurethane used to seal the crack. The FlexiSpan® System stays bonded with wall movement, and seals the crack permanently.
