Basement Crack Repair - Repaired crack leaking again

This crack in a basement in Dollard-des-Ormeaux was fixed many years ago with epoxy, as you can see in this picture.

The crack started leaking again during heavy rain and the spring thaw, with water trickling over the clients' floors. This prevented them from using their basement fully and they needed to fix the situation asap.
