In the before photo, you'll notice the challenge we faced: A damp crawl space in Cookshire-Eaton, QC, that made a homeowner reach out to us. Moisture not only threatened the home's structure but the air quality as well. Enter our solution – as seen in the after photo. We installed CleanSpace, an innovative barrier that locks out moisture, include a drainage matting, as well as a vapor barrier. Together, these products transformed the crawl space into a dry, healthier part of the home. Solution

Encapsulation of the crawl space with our CleanSpace drainage membrane and vapor barrier then the installation of additional SmartJack support pillars to reinforce the structure of the house.

In Sainte-Clotilde-de-Horton, QC, we tackled a century-old house showing the signs of time and distress. With an irregular stone foundation causing unsettling across floors, it was a call for us at Systèmes Sous-sol Québec. As you can see in the photos, we introduced our reliable SmartJack and CleanSpace solutions. The transformation is astounding—solid, stabilized floors above and a protected, encased crawl space below. With such foundation fortification, the home is now prepared to stand another century.

The problem: The client found that she had humidity coming from her crawl space, the windows were often fogged up. In addition, she told us during the inspection that her dehumidifier worked all year round and that was not a good sign.

The solution: For this project, they used CleanSpace and a smartsump in order to considerably reduce the humidity level in this crawl space. They also installed a discharge line with an Iceguard so that the water could be redirected even in winter.
