PROBLEM

Mrs. Louise had significant water infiltration in her basement, despite having a sump pump installed. There was water floating on the concrete floor which started to ruin her entire basement. After being suggested by one of our clients about our company, she decided to call us quickly.

SOLUTION

The expert pump team went for a detailed assessment and explained that having a pump is not enough. It is always suggested to add an UltraSump battery to it to ensure that even during a power outage or if the pump stops running, the customer is protected.
