Hi Andrew, I just wanted to give you an update on our basement. People love to give bad news, but I want to give you good news. There is not a drop of water in the basement this year and we have probably had the worst spring on record. I don't know if you remember the job, but your team put in an interior french drain around 3/4 of my basement and dug the sump pit about 1 foot deeper. The interesting part is that there has not been a drop of water in the interior french drain. It seems like digging the sump pit deeper was all that was necessary. Water is pumped out into my front ditch before it ever gets high enough to get into the drain. Now, I can finish my basement with confidence. Thanks for your help. Garnet

Hi Mike Costello, I tried to reach you yesterday but you were out of the office. The reason I wanted to speak to you was to express my gratitude. The installation of the Triple Safe sump pump system, the vertical SaniDry dehumidifier as well as the flooring system were installed without a hitch last Friday, Nov. 13th, all as promised by your company. I found your crew to be very meticulous and courteous. They arrived on time and didn't finish until almost 8 o'clock that evening. My basement was left in tip top shape without a trace of debris or even a speck of dust. It was thoroughly professional from start to finish. The crew's foreman was especially professional. Even after a long and no doubt tiring day, he took all the time required to explain to me the scope of the work as well as the proper operation and maintenance of the new systems. The equipment, although new, looks to be reliable and long lasting. I haven't had occasion to write such letters in the past, because most companies that I've hired don't always live up to their promises.
