I just wanted to let you know that I thought Sebastien and his crew did a great job retrofitting the pump. It was quite a challenge for them when we discovered a pipe under the floor.

In regards of that water leak we discussed beneath my deck, it turns out it wasn’t the cause. It was actually the conduit pipe: the caulking was severely deteriorated. I did take your advice and spray foamed the hole and re-caulked the area.

Thanks for the assistance. I think the sump pump will give us some peace of mind for the future.
