Furthermore, her old sump pump wasn’t working properly and water was infiltrating into her basement, inside the wall bricks, and on the floors, and in order to fix this problem, our team has replaced the existing sump pump pit by our SuperSump, which is not only hermetically sealed to prevent humidity from going out but also has an alarm system that sounds if the pump stops working and the water level reaches the top.

In the case of this client, we later added as per the client's request an UltraSump battery backup system, which is a backup system that can discharge about 12,000 gallons on one discharge if the main pump ever stops working in cases such as failure, a circuit break or power outage.

Our team installed an interior drain system and a new sump pump system. Our workers also encapsulated the walls with a CleanSpace membrane, to eliminate humidity in the basement. To prevent the outside and inside air from mixing, we installed thermal insulation panels on all the walls.
